I hope this day finds you in bliss and happiness.

I want to shift gears from some of the other topics I write about for a minute and share something valuable. I have found that many of the women that plug into my training, workshops, classes, articles, or programs have already done a lot of healing, self-improvement work, and personal development.

I too, found myself on this sane path for a long time before I became a certified coach. When I did finally become certified, the program that I went through was like personal development on steroids! I had no idea how much I was going to grow or discover about myself. I also had no idea how many ways I could use this certification and training in multiple areas of my life.

I recently did a Facebook live talking about my experience and what I walked away with. Here is my personal story.
