What the hell is a shadow self?

There’s lots of talk these days about shadow work. It’s coming up with clients in their coaching sessions with me. It’s coming up when I do Angel card readings and it also seems to be a more normal topic of conversation in the circles I’m in. And I say it’s about fucking time.
